The Kasina gets its name from a form of Buddhist meditation that uses visual objects and colours to focus the mind.

The Kasina Audio-Visual Stimulation System uses special patterns of light and sound to lead you gently into the peaceful, calm states of mind and body that will help you to have out-of-body experiences.

What makes the Kasina different from other light-and-sound systems is that it has an integrated MP3 player and includes an 8 GB microSD card with over 50 audio-visual sessions.

Relaxing Visual Effects

Kasina also features a backlit, coloured LCD display, built in rechargeable lithium battery, and can be used as a USB audio device. This means, for example, that you can load your own music, self-development, hypnosis, or guided
meditation tracks directly on to your Kasina and easily combine them with light and sound sessions.

This adds another dimension to how you use a Meditation Machine . Your Kasina will play the audio and match it with a full colour light show for an amazing, mind-altering experience. The possibilities are endless !
